An Actress's Beauty Secrets

The ordinary girls and women make up themselves with the purpose of being looked more pretty. Those girls and women do not wear heavy makeup everyday, some of them put on make up accoding to some special occations. But it is not for many actresses. Due to the job requirment the actresses have to wear make ups most of the time, many of htem even have to wear heavy make ups. Everybody knows that wearing make ups especially wearing heavy make ups can do harm to the skin. Then how do those actresses protect their skin from the heavy make ups?

There is a famous American actress Jessica Biel shared her beauty secrets and the exercises she likes in an interview. She told the audiences how she take care of her skin and  keep beauty. She dishes on her fitness routine, makeup must-haves, red-carpet foibles, and more.......



During the interview Jessica Biel told the host that It’s hard to keep her skin looking good with work, travel, and stress, she didn't feel very glowing, especially after wearing makeup—and not necessarily her choice of makeup—for 12 hours straight on a movie set. When she was playing a character, the character's  look is sometimes different from her own look.

When asked about her secrets to staying fit and beautiful, Jessica Biel said her own makeup choices are simple: mascara, blotting papers, and peach lip gloss are her standbys. She also said she sticked to the basics: “For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps. Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible,” she sayid. “But now that summer’s coming around, I’m planning on spending more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging."
