Sleeping with Facing Down May Affect the Reproductive System of Male

According to a statistics in USA, many male like to sleep with their facing down which can not only oppress the internal organs that make the breath unsmooth but also may affect the reproductive system.
Sleeping with face down for a long time may oppress the scrotum and stimulate penis and will cause frequent spermatorrhea and further leads to dizzy, back pain and fatigue. It also may increase the temperature of scrotum and make it difficult to dissipate and then damage the sperm.
There are many healthy sleeping position for male, such as lying on one's side, half lying on one's side or facing up. Half lying on one's side is especially good for male which can not only relax and rest the whole body with oppression internal organs but also can well regulate the reproductive system.
