Fungi dishes for weight loss

Black fungus is a very good food for reducing weight. Today we shall introduce you some delicious dishes made out of black fungi which help you to achieve a slim figure.

1, vinegar mixed with fungus
Ingredients: edible fungi, celery, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, chili pepper the right amount.
Method:
Step1: soak the edible fungi with cold boiled water, remove the roots. Tear them into the appropriate sizes, pour out the water and sprinkle a little vinegar.
Step2: take a piece of celery, cut into small sections, cut the spring onion and red chilis into small sections, too.
Step3: add vinegar, sugar, salt, soy sauce, red chilis in the pot and heat it
Step4: pour the sauce in the bowl where there are fungi. Cool it down and it is ready.

2, soup of black fungi and bean curd
Ingredients: black fungi: 25 grams, tofu:200 grams, a pinch of salt. A bowl of chicken soup.
Method:
Step1: wash the black fungi clean and cut the tofu into slices.
Step2: put bean curd fungi into the pot, add some chicken broth, salt and stew for ten minutes.
Black fungus and tofu can reduce the cholesterol level.

3, black fungi and lettuce
Ingredients: 500 g of GeSun, 50 g of black fungus (dry) , garlic (white): 5 grams, green Chinese onion: 5 g, ginger, preserved pepper, monosodium glutamate, salt, sesame oil, vegetable oil
Method:
Step1: wash the fungi and lettuce clean , peel the lettuce and then cut it into diamond chips, add a little salt , then mix them well.
Step2: cut the onions into sections, ginger and garlic into small grains and preserved peppers into ear shapes.
Step3: put lard to the pan with ginger and garlic, then put the fungi and lettuce into the pot
Step4: put in some green onions, monosodium glutamate and refined salt
